Where is the event?
Grand Rapids, MI — private residence. The exact address is shared by email immediately after registration. Onsite parking provided.

When should I arrive?
Doors open at 10:40 AM ET. Programming runs 11:00 AM–3:00 PM ET. Please arrive early to settle in and maximize your experience.

Refunds or transfers?
All sales are final — tickets are non-refundable. You may transfer your ticket to another attendee until Sept 26, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET by emailing us the new guest’s full name and email. After that, no transfers.

What’s included with my ticket?

• General ($100): Professional headshot, event workbook, catered light brunch & mimosas, private group access.

• VIP ($250): Everything in General plus a 30-minute “pick-your-brain” session (my standard rate is $1,000/hr) and the Brilliant Brand Systems Workbook (a $300 value).

What should I wear?
Come as you are. Business-casual or photo-ready if you want to maximize your headshots.

Will there be food and drinks?
Yes—light catered brunch with mimosas. Please note: alcohol is for guests 21+ only.

Dietary needs?
We offer a light brunch menu. Note allergies/preferences at checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

How many seats are available?
This is an intimate, invite-only gathering with 10 seats to keep the strategy personal and the conversation real.

Sold out?
Join the waitlist. If a seat opens, we’ll notify you in order. Waitlisted guests get first notice for the next cohort.

Is this just a networking brunch?
No. It’s a working experience. You’ll leave with a 30-day scale plan, a simple tech stack you can use immediately, and a delegate list that frees your time. Networking happens organically at the Power Table.

Will there be selling?
This isn’t a pitch-fest. My expertise is shared in the room. VIP includes a private strategy session, and additional support is optional—no hard sells.

Accessibility?
This event is hosted at a private residence. Share any accessibility needs at checkout and we’ll follow up with details and options.

Photography & headshots—how does that work?
A photographer will capture light candids and your professional headshot during the scheduled window. We’ll send your headshot files to the email used at registration.

Can I use a discount code?
Yes—enter your code at checkout (one code per order). Codes cannot be applied retroactively and may exclude VIP if specified.

What if the organizer reschedules or cancels?
If we must reschedule, your ticket automatically transfers to the new date. If we cancel, you’ll receive a full credit toward a future She Will Not Fail experience.

What should I bring?
A charged phone or laptop, your calendar, and any brand assets you want handy (logo/tagline/links). Most importantly, bring your biggest bottleneck—we’re solving it.
